**** polo purse and horrible customer service

I bought a polo purse in February this year and the badge fell off the purse totally tore up. Customer care Mlungisi said I must go to the store leave my purse hold all my cards in my hands because they didn’t replace the purse. Total ******* customer care after selling me a **** purse.
