Exchange refused

What a bad service i have experienced in one of your stores today in Salt River, the Manager was very rude. I went there to do exchange she said i am confused i don’t know what I want she asked for packaging slip and I didn’t have it since i didn’t receive it with my package i tried to show the email on my phone she left me there and went inside and she didn’t come back

I am so disappointed 😞
