Dissatisfaction

I am so disappointed with the service rendered at Pietermaritzburg fashion fusion at Midlands liberty mall.on the 5/12/20 I bought R200 rands Clara takkies for my daughter for her graduation at school which was held on the 9th.She wore them and came back with both open in front which made it clear it was poor quality i couldn't take it back ad i stay 60km away from pmb until I got a day of off today 16/12/20 as it is a holiday when i got there i produced the slip and the takkies but the Manager said he cannot assist me coz I ddnt not return them the following day which made no sense coz they were not yet worn.I hope nobody receives this same kind of treatment and I feel ****med but this poor quality product that can only be for a day yet cos R200.
