Customer service is very important your attitude matters

I am so disappointed I purchased a shoe ,because I had lot of bags I left the box at the store , When I get home I figure out the shoe was a small make it was too tight when I return the shoe the next day they did not take it back without a box . I feel that is very unfair for customers the worse part the store manager was very very rude me with bad attitude. Fashion fusion Queens 👎👎👎👎👎
