Charged to Credit Card Twice for the same purchase

I have called & emailed the Head office on numerous occasions, only to be cut off or promised to be called back. The bank and the store have confirmed that my account was charged twice. This transaction occurred on the 30/08/2015 Invoice No. *** for the amount of R496.00<br> <br> I suggest that customer be weary as we did not receive a sms from the bank, but the bank statement clearly shows that they deducted the amount from my account twice.
