Bad service and stinking attitude by cashiers

Last week Thursday (14/03/2019) I bought my husband a blue Men's Golfer (aca Joe label) size XL as gift. Then I peeled off the price sticker on the tag not the actual tag as we all know that's what we normally do when we give people gifts. Only to find that the size is smaller for him.

Then today, Monday (18/03/2019) I tool the t-shirt back to the shop for an exchange....with the price tag still on the t-shirt and only the price sticker off. When I got there the cashier were not helpful and refused to exchange the t-shirt even when i found the right size only the shop only because, although I have also presented the valid proof of payment. The t-shirt was bought cash and it was not the only thing that i bought on that day, I also bought the red boots of which i have a good mind to take them back because of their bad service and stinking attitude.
