Appalling customer service

Fashion Fusion online department appalling behaviour. I ordered an item online on the 30th of April, when the courier guy came to collect the item the item was not ready collection. I tried contacting Fashion Fusion for 2 weeks before I could get any assistance, item was finally delivered on the 21st of May however the item still had a magnetic tag on. I've since had no assistance from Fashion Fusion on resolving this matter. The stuff there is *********** and unhelpful! Calls only get answered after 20 minutes and emails are NEVER responded to. On thing Fashion Fusion does well is to inconvenience the customer
