Rude Manager giving poor customer service

I had been to the Fashion Freak store for the first time this week since it had opened. I am not one for trying out clothing in a store so I had asked the Manager if I could return the items if it does not fit of which she rep**** yes. When I had went to the store the next day she refused to return a shoe that I had purchased saying that they do not return shoes due to health reasons. I told her that I she did not tell me about the shoe and there is no signage in the store about shoes not being returnable. When I had asked to speak to the Manager she said she is the Manager. I had asked her to give me her Head Office number and she had said it is on the door and I can get it from there. She spoke with arrogance and had told called me Madam whilst in the store. When I told her she does not have customer skills she told me to educate her and tell her how to act. She was a very rude person and I do not know how a Manager can treat a paying customer in that Manner. I did try to contact the number that I had taken from the door of the store but could not reach the person to inform him about the poor customer service I had received.
