I bought a means size 28 jeans at this place I spent R250.00 on it . I went back 2 days later to exchange it for a bigger size I understand that they don't do cash refunds but I just wanted a bigger size .First of all they had me looking for a bigger size knowingly that there wasn't and she told me in my face that she knew there wasn't . I was ****ed cause I could not take anything she wasn't even willing to help me out so if I took a rely jeans and there is no bigger size I loose me money .. Is that fair ? I feel its unfair and conning . I don't understand why I could not take anything else ... So now I have the jeans that's just laying here a whole R250.00 WASTED I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK .. Staff are unhelpful ****** and they don't know how to communicate effectively ...
