Worst service I've received in a long time

If I could give minus stars for this company I would. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional service. Specifically Belinda Stipp. Charlene George was also of little help, and the woman at the front desk refused to provide any manager/owner details so that I could complain, and finally gave me an email address of the head of rentals for someone by the name of Ross, but said, "He doesn't take calls, only emails." We have been emailing and calling Belinda for months now, and her excuse when I finally got a hold of her through another colleague's phone was that "her email and phone don't work in the new building, that the reception is bad there." Unbelievable for a rentals agency who deal with clients on a daily basis. Belinda said she would not go ahead with repairs to the property until they were paid upfront. We paid for them and 20 days later, not only are the repairs not done, but she won't answer emails and calls, AGAIN. Beware before using the services of this company.
