Unprofessional and won't refund deposit

Very unprofessional service, Charlene one of their agents practically told me to fly a kite , well not in those words but she might as well when I followed up with her regarding the refund on my deposit. I was told end of the month , 21 working days and it's been more than 21 days and I'm yet to be refunded so instead of Charlene tells me she doesn't work in accounts and cannot assist. This is after I called their office landline which rang on it's own. Instead of saying she will assist best she can and ask the person who works in accounts to provide me with feedback, her best response is to tell me she cannot assist as she does not work in accounts. Henry the person who was supposed to have issued the refund couldn't even bother replying to my email but he had no issues asking for my bank account details two days ago. I have never defaulted on rent and all my payments were done in time before I moved into the flat which had been painted and nothing else. They did not bother getting someone to clean the flat. The front door could not close from the inside and that's just some of the faults with the rental but even with all that, i gave them the benefit of doubt. I am honestly highly disgusted at their very poor service delivery and lack of professionalism.
