unprofessional and patronizing conduct

Good evening im a tenant @ farrelli rentals and had a problem today with a lift malfunction, we got stuck and luckily managed to get out with the assistance of security personnel

My phone fell in between the floors, tried to get it retrieved and called the security supervisor who in turn called the so called Director by the name Jacques Rossouw, cell number ***. The gentleman was very rude and swore at me telling me to go **** myself on the phone.

My question is as a tenant paying so much is that the way Farrelli holdings operates
