FARRELLI RENTALS

Hi All

This is just a friendly warning. Mostly to University of Cape Town students and CPUT students that desperately need accommodation closer to the institution (Cape Town). This is based on my experience. Even if you are a graduate and you just got that first job, in need of accommodation, DO NOT EVER GET INVOLVED WITH FARRELLI HOLDINGS!, you will never get anything less that 0% service, Farrelli dumped me in a small toilet flat which is leaking water for R6000. There is no customer service, agents are rude and all they want is your money - finish! especially Tanya Williams based in Maitland. You will never get any assistance with maintenance matters, because you get told its none of their business!! Farrelli employees do not understand the meaning of "Customer service, being polite, dialogue, respect and people s****s". They just hire anyone and their agents are a liability to the brand - Even Khayelitsha and Gugulethu agents are better than Farrelli because atleast they take time to explain things to you ( some people are actually first language French so you need patience). This ****** company and its agents will make sure to undermine its tenants and make people pay thousands for leaking roof!!! Learn from me students and young professionals out there! Once you see the name Farrelli, Just know they will take your money , treat you very badly and leave you with no dignity!!!!
