Please do not rent from Farelli Holdings in Kensington or Thornton when it's time to move out they will not prioritize you at all. I Informed them of my decision to move out two month before the lease expired. Two times the agent didn't pitch up to do the inspection, it was only done on the day I was moving out by the maintenance lady after i made it clear that i could not tolerate the incompetency from the agent. In the lease agreement it states that the deposit we be refunded within 21 working days and today it has been 1 month and 9 days and there is no money refunded. Their land line doesn't work and now i have to try and go the legal route just to get what is rightfully mine after i paid rent in time for the whole period that i was staying there.
