Farelli Holdings (Maitland & Thornton)

Worst company I have ever had to deal with. I complained for a full six months for my shower to be fixed, and nothing happened. They treat tenants like animals, taking off doors, locking tenants out, confiscating personal property, shutting of water, and electricity, in clear contravention of the Rental Housing Act. The Rental Tribunal also seem to be powerless to deal with this company. Being an employee of this company, does not seem good as well, judging by reviews I read online. Just stay far away from Farelli Holdings. There are other rental options out there, with good management and attentive service.
