Waited ages for terrible Pizza

We ordered 2 pizzas, Hawaiin and Meat *****s. Were told it would take 20 minutes, after 45 minutes, pizza still not done. Have to note, only 2 other customers, seemed to be diners on site. When we ate the pizzas at home... AWFUL!!! Bases were raw, so raw, it stuck to our teeth, filling tasted like Sunlight Liguid, burnt our throats, mince was old, edges of pizza burnt. Thus while actual shop was filthy! Front service ok, but kitchen staff gave glares of seemingly hatred, ******!
