Bad milk Farmgate

I've always been buying Farmgate long life milk, and wasn't disappointed until last week, I bought and 2 of the cartons from a 6 pack milk was off. I managed to email them of which they apologized and to refund me, which was on Tuesday the 30th March 2021, nothing happened I called again of which they said it will be done on the 01st April 2021 still nothing. So disappointed with all of this milk on its own has become so expensive and now we must waste money like this.
