Spoilt Milk

On the 26th of Feb 2015, i purchased 2 packs of farmdale milk from spar in phoenix as ther were having a black friday special, on the bottle it had an expiry date which said best before 25-02-2016, but as i used the milk i found 3 bottles to be spoilt, i threw away the 2 but kept the 3rd one to contact the supplier and tell them abot my experience, i phoned the customer care no ***, i was then given a no to contact the rep which is Wayne***)I contacted wayne and explained to him the problem abot the milk been spoilt, and he said that once the millk is opened they cnt do anything abot it, further more the milk is white and how do u expect a milk that has an expirery date for 2016 be spoilt. in other words he tried to say that i was resoponsible for the milk been spoilt, i always buy milk when it goes on special but this is the 1st time i had an terrible experience. And further more if u buy the box milk also u cnt see if it is spoit only if u open it and poor it into the tea then u will no. i still have the milk with milk and i tried to contact the rep several time but he does not take my calls. Very dissapointed with the poor service.
