Farm City online, lack of info but solid products

Service was straight forward, I registered and ordered the item, being used to other online retailers I found the complete lack of acknowledgement emails and information about expected shipping a bit disconcerting. The Item arrived very quickly in good condition, the tracking service of their selected courier service doesn't work (EPX). I ordered a membrane pressure tank and was pleasantly surpised that the unit I got was actually a well known Italian brand rather than a low cost Chinese copy.
