I was there Saturday past, bear in mind that this is a place we go to every year but due to covid this is the first time in the past three years we've been back and we had a **** experience.

The price increased which I don't mind but the service and standards dropped.

I was in utmost disbelief when I was chased away from the medium pool with my 7 year old daughter who by the way can swim and are able to stand in the pool with her head above water and she paid R120. 00.

They said she must go to the baby pool, we were a family of ten, myself, her 3 aunties, her father and her grandfather was in the pool but this made no difference to the life guard or whatever he is called...

We were told, no jumping, no running, which i fully understood but when he told us no swimming I was angry because how do we pay R1200 for our family to enter the park but we are not allowed to swim?

I don't know how to feel about it amount of money I spent but I couldn't enjoy myself or my family couldn't enjoy themselves.

Never ever again.
