Farm Inn pathetic service - I was your customer!!!

On the 14th of December we book and paid for a Christmas and game drive combo. No confirmation received from Farm Inn and we enquired about this. You never get anyone available to assist on the phone. They messed up our booking completely. The service is pathetic and they don't care to make their customers happy. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BOOK AT FARM INN!!
