Bad customer service at Farm Designs

I had recently contracted Farm Designs to design a logo for a new business that I had started. While the initial design phase and disowning touches was quite smooth and professional, I found the follow up support almost non-existent. I was supp**** with the logo and custom fonts, and was told that I could take these to any graphic designer to use. This, however, was not the case. I took the files to three graphic designers, all of whom said that they files were ******* and can’t be opened. When I tried to contact Farm Designs, they would constantly avoid my calls and emails. I found this to not only be very unprofessional, but also found it to be quite dishonest as I was not able to receive help from any other company, and had been locked into using only one company, one which didn’t help me at all
