Misleading pricing

A friend of mine told me about gas bottles that has a price of R263.99 displayed on it. In other words that is the selling price. On 2015-06-16 I went to Pretoria, traveling more than 400 km to purchase two gas bottles. On arrival and requesting two (2) bottles to buy, I was told that that is not the selling price of the gas bottles. The sticker with price on the bottle is the code, Handigas cyl LPG a 9 kg R263.99. I took photo's Of this sticker with other misleading adverts regarding the advertising of refilling.
