megamaster with parts missing

Bought a brand new mega master from farm city to find when assemble that lots of parts were missing. On confronting the retail manager Rupert Jacobs at Rumsig branch he turned around saying that it must of been there and that we lost it. We received an email with him giving instruction to a staff member saying (wie is die ou) how rude I am a client. Farm city should look at the service that is been offered by there staff as this relates on their reputation. I will like a call from the owner of the branch with an apology and a solution to my problem.
