Wrong shoes were sent and I have been ignored

I ordered on the 21st of May and on the 29th of June received a call from Faris Drip saying i will be receiving my shoes on the 1st of July. After not getting them i emailed on the 3rd asking for a tracking number and i got it on the 4th of July. Finally got the package on the 14th of July but They weren’t the shoes i ordered and the package details were not originally mine someone else’s details were crossed out and mine were put next to them. I emailed Faris immediately and got a reply a few hours later saying it was a mistake and the shoes would be collected within 5 business days. I emailed again on the 3rd, 6th, 7th and 14th of August and haven’t been responded to. I dmed on their very active instagram account and still nothing. On the website I complained twice and have not received an email back. Everytime I try calling the phone rings then goes straight to mailbox. My friend tried calling as well and left comments on their Facebook, Instagram and she’s even tried calling and no response.
