Very BAD customer service.

They do not deliver within the mentioned delivery time frame, they are rude to the customers even though they sell counterfeits, my friend just got a Dr Martens with a logo on the side. They will "our lawyers will send communication" you to death. When it comes to giving threats - they get full 5 stars. For their service, nothing at all. My friend just reported this store to the consumer reimbur*****t, still awaiting further communication. Honestly I don't recommend this store to anyone.
