Service Failure

I ordered a pair of takkies from Faris Drip Apparel, my oder no is #2125 on 22/11/2021 for R1274.00. I had opted for the delivery of 1-3 days which charged my R299.00 and is included to the R1274.00. They did not deliver my online order up to this date. I have tried contacting them numerous times. I emails them 4 times, contacted them via they website contact 6 times and they returned one reply where they said my order was being prepared on 01/12/2021 after that no reply from them. I still want my order and some of the delivery money back since they failed to deliver on time specified on their site.
