PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

What a terrible experience I had with this company. I placed my order 4 weeks ago for an AJ1 . They state that standard delivery takes up to 7 working days. I had no problem with that. Now as a business you should always aim to under promise and over deliver. They over promise and under deliver. It was a nightmare. It has been more than 7 days and I messaged them on IG and they just sent me a pic they posted that states that the shipment process was delayed due to the fact someone on site had COVID and I understood that. In the picture it also states when we could expect our items to be delivered which was the week after. That day came. No follow up or anything. I sent emails and no one responded. I then got an email stating if I didn’t receive it by last week Wednesday I would get a full refund. It’s been a week later and I was so done with them. I emailed them and I blew their IG up because this was nonsense. They were so rude and unprofessional and just said I was refunded and my order was cancelled. I then got a sketchy message just stating what the person on IG said. “Cancelled and refunded” and they blocked me and no communication on how long a refund will take. Now I don’t know if my refund really was processed. But in essence, totally unreliable and horrible people !!!!
