Pathetic customer service

The customer service is absolutely terrible.

No one responds to your email and they do not send any kind of tracking number. The delivery is NOT 5-7 working days and there is no other way to get ahold of them as they don't have a phone number - as good as the prices are the customer service and turn around time is absolute GARBAGE.

I have LITERALLY sent over 60 emails and NOT ONE response. Will definitely be taking legal & financial action if my order does not arrive by tomorrow.
