Order no: 2561 ****...

I placed an order for New Balance 327 Multicolour sneakers on the 1st of April 2022. I paid for the sneakers and the order was confirmed. Even today I haven't received my sneakers. I wrote numerous e-mails to them, no response. The shop telephone number is also not working. I'm opening a case against these people, clearly this is a ****....
