Not worth your money, atrocious customer service.

Wish I could give this post 0 stars. ABSOLUTE PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I received a pair of shoes that were the wrong size and broken, sent them back for a new pair (at my own expense) and after many arguments they have stopped responding to my emails. Last email from them was a month ago and I have since sent 4 emails to which I have received no response.

So lucky them, They have my shoes and my money. Excellent way to run a “business”.

Seems like Faris Drip is living up to their other terrible reviews. Great job.

Definitely going to take legal action, no one deserves to be treated with such terrible service and have their things basically “******” from them.
