I am begging you i want to return the shoes :(

I placed an order on 24 June and it took 3 or 4 weeks to receive the item and i wasn't happy with the shoes so on the same day i sent them an email requesting to send the shoes back on the following day i received an email stating that one of their couriers will contact me to arrange a pickup within 5 business days, i waited for 7 business days no one has contacted me so i sent them another email begging them to arrange a pickup of these shoes but they didn't bother to reply went to their Instagram and they said i will be contacted this week, today it Friday so obviously whoever handle their Instagram page was lying. Please help me i don't know what to do anymore :(
