Finally Got Refunded

So update on what happened with Faris Drip, my friend took them to the consumer ombudsman and then only then did they send her an address to return the shoes. They were very rude and sent a second email when she hadn't responded within 24 hours even though they ignored her for weeks on end. She finally got her refund but did not get refunded the amount it cost to send the shoes back. I would give negative stars if i could. The money you might save buying from them instead of Sportscene or Shesha isn't worth the stress. Go for a more established business that actually treats customers with respect and operates honestly and ethically.
