Faris Drip is a ****

So, update on Faris Drip. When my friend asked for an address to send the shoes back, they told her that they would send someone to collect them within 5 business days. They ignored all her calls, emails and attempts to contact them so I tried to. Today them dmed me saying that we should follow the right channels which we did and they ignored. They were aware that we (including my friend who had ordered from them) were trying to contact them and ignored it. They had time to argue with me on Instagram but not to send my friend their address so that she could return the shoes. They have since blocked me and still not responded to any of my friends emails. They accused me of trying to bully them because i was trying to help my friend get her money back for the shoes that THEY sent the wrong ones and ignored all of her attempts to return them.

Good day Maka Ma***idze, 

Kgomotso Kona’s order was placed under lockdown, to which she was completely aware of. She received the shoe which was ordered after lockdown was lifted, however it was an incorrect colorway. We offered to do a collection due to lockdown constraints.

We never refused to refund or exchange her order. We do not do pickups, Kgomotso is required to send back the shoe to us. You did not place an order with us nor did Tererai Ma***idze. Your friend placed the order and she is the only individual who we are required to be in correspondence with.

You have gone onto every single social media platform, namely Twitter, Facebook & Instagram. You have sent us multiple messages including leaving bad reviews on every platform available. Even going as far as telling our social media team to “google your who my father is”. You did not order with us.

This is extremely unfortunate and disappointing as you did not even order with us yourself. You’re harassing our social media team and it is unacceptable. South Africa is a just and equal nation, if you feel you’ve been wronged — open a case and take the legal route.
