Faris Drip Apparel- the worst service

I ordered sneakers off your website on 1 March 2020. I received the sneakers 2 days late affer sending multiple emails about my order. To my surprise I received a tracking number from post net which was not my shipping address that was requested on the website . I received my sneakers and the Box was damaged or broken the sneakers were definitely bit brand new and I notice a yellow stain on the sneakers. I sent a request on 12 March 2020 for a return address to return the sneakers to obtain a refund and to date I have not received a response despite multiple emails being sent as well as leaving DM's in the Instagram and Facebook accounts. This is by far the most pathetic service I have received Despite ordering multiple sneakers on website before. I urgently request a return address To return you used sneakers and to obtain a refund. Terribly disappointed with your services
