Do not buy from these people

I placed my order on the 2nd December; it says shipping takes 5 - 7 working days. It's the 9th December and my tracking still says order confirmed. I sent a message via Insta two days ago, but I haven't received any acknowledgements or response; I'm a very upset customer as I haven't been updated with my order.
