DID NOT RECEIVE SNEAKERS PURCHASED AND COMPANY DOES NOT RESPOND

I am writing a review to express my dissatisfaction on Order #1289. I purchased sneakers on 20 July 2020. I was suppose to receive my order this past Tuesday, 4 August 2020 which I did not receive. I have contacted the company on several platforms such as their email address, their website, Instagram, Facebook and Whatsapp. I managed to get a response on Whatsapp with the following Message. We'll contact postnet and get back to you shortly. We apologize for the delay. We'll update you by 4pm. GUESS WHAT!!!! NO UPDATE RECEIVED. No way to track the delivery, NO RESPONSE!!! I am absolutely disgusted by the customer service you provide and request a refund immediately. Recipient: FARIS Drip Apparel Item Name: FARIS - *** Amount R 2,098.00
