DELIVERY FAILURE

Order 2 pairs of shoes on the 1st of Jan and paid for it with standard shipping of 5-7 business days. It is now the 10th and I have still not received my shoes, I have sent emails and a message on Instagram yesterday but got no replies yet. I am hoping I get my shoes soon because I really want them and if I am not satisfied with the shoes I will not only return them and get a FULL refund, I will be taking legal action! When people order from a business that seems legit they should not be treated like this, I am very unhappy.
