Absolutely heartbroken and furious.

I am highly disappointed. I purchased my shoes on the 1st of November and after they said my shoes would be delivered between 5-7 working days I still haven't received anything. I worked very hard for those shoes. I am still a student and I got fired from my waitering job a few weeks after I bought them as they had too many waiters. My hurt is going to be absolutely broken if this is a ****. They won't answer my phone calls, emails, whatsapps, Facebook messages or Instagram messages. What more can one do. Should I report their bank account to nedbank? Please help 🙏 😢 😭.
