Unfair treatment by Faridi home appliances

I bought a 2 piece couch in December on the 16th 2020,only to find the couch had poor framework everytime we sat on it the sponge was uncomfortable, it was breaking and became *****ed including its feet,I reported in the 12th January 2021 but they kept making run arounds,I kept phoning and emailed them then they fetched the couch on 26 January claiming to bring it fixed in 2 weeks but today marks 2days after their 2 weeks and no communication but this time I refuse to keep checking on them but thought of reporting to the police station but I'm not sure the way forward,my sister told me about hello Peter for a while now but I was still trying to be more lenient with them but unfortunately their actions showed carelessness of their customers.
