THIS IS A ****! Please be aware! Tried to have a discussion with Johan regarding the delivery of our order. Originally we arranged to collect our order when we received a WhatsApp saying we cannot collect due to a staff member contracting Covid-19 (which seems legit), Johan then gave us the option for a refund or arrange transport for delivery at their expense - we chose the latter. After a bit of to and fro-ing we get an email relating to transport and short term insurance, we started questioning this and Johan started ducking and dodging us. We have since send numerous messages, no luck. When I tried to call him (from a different number) questioning the legitimacy of this business and a possible refund, he abruptly ended the call. Also, they were advertising on AgriMag and have since been removed - suspect they are trading under a different name.
