Horrible experience
I ordered a pair of G.H. Bass shoes something I’ve wanted for many years. Firstly, the amount paid for taxes and customs was extremely high, which I understand. However, the experience with Farfetch support has been very disappointing. The seller also failed to do a proper check before shipping, as I received two different sizes (UK 5 and UK 3) instead of a matching pair sent to South Africa. When I raised the issue, the seller responded that they cannot guarantee an exchange. Farfetch I will await a response on how this will be resolved!

The worst online shopping store
Don’t even waste your time the biggest ****mers of note a don’t even use either Essense or Farfetch they will **** you dry. Still waiting for my refund till today and the product sub par
