Fareshoes.co.za not Cape Town based and false advertising

I have bought the Ortopedic shoes as advertised, waited more than a month for the shoes and it was not as advertised. It is cheap China tekkies. This was advertised as Ortopedic shoes from Cape town but was shipped from Asia. It does not fit me now i have to return it to China at my cost. I wouldnt have bought these shoes if i knew i have to return it to China and not Cape town. This is misleading in the adverts.
