Fareshoes bad service

Absolutely bad service. Almost 3 weeks after I placed my order I still did not recieve my tracking number or prove off an order nor proof of payment. I have send numerous mails, only got emails back sying I must wat 2 days. I have also phone their courier, and I only got a rude "we will let you know when we get to you order". If you buy something online you would at least expect a receipt of some sort. I also requested to cancel my order qnd get a refund, and that is when communication from them stopped.
