False advertising

Bought a pair of shoes , firstly noticed that once the money was paid they seemed unwilling really to assist with much . Shoes eventually arrived, look very nice and are wide as promised , but after a 12 houshift I was hardly able to walk , emailed the company and was told to fill out a form and send back to china before I can get a refund . Th ewebsite clearly says 30day wear gaurentee . also need to send it with label on and invoice. these shoes came in a clear bag and no labels or invoice attached . why I am sending them back to China when the company is meant to be in Capetown . seriously poor advertising .
