Donot trust Fares****.co.za and don't order from them

They are ********. I ordered sneakers and thought they are based in SA. I realised they are somewhere in China. I requested my money back two days later and they blatantly ignored my request. I placed my order on 2 Sept and I requested a cancellation. I am not sure what happened to my order, They cannot be trusted. Please donot order through this website.
