Worst Service Ever and The Slowest Panel Beater

My car was towed last year in December and I am still waiting for the car even now. I called in several times and they keep saying they will check what’s going on and get back but I had to follow up every single day and I still don’t know when the car would be ready.

I was told last week that the car was going to be painted and they are still telling me the same thing again. This is the worst Panel beater I’ve ever used and I’m never using this Panel beater again.

I wouldn’t recommend this Panel beater as they are so terrible and my tracker was removed and I don’t know why since they are not even updating me on anything.

I’m so disappointed and regret taking my car to that Panel beater. How I wish I checked the reviews before taking my car there because I had been using Alliance Motor Group when I was using Outsurance and their service was on The Best and out of this world. Right now I even regret changing my insurance to Discovery since they are working with the worst Panel beater.
