worst customer service that you can find

Pathetic times 100.

my car should have taken 5 days but it is now there for a month. The call advisor never gets back and even when I call she is either busy with a customer or quickly went to workshop to check on my vehicle but never ever phones you back. this is the worst customer care service company ever. I will never take my car there again.
