********* company, charged me over R1000 for parts that they never replaced

<p>I took my car for minor bumper repairs, after agreeing with their quote. When collecting car a week later, I asked for full invoice but was told that they don’t do the invoicing there, paid my R2500 excess and got my car. I got the invoice via my insurance and confirmed that they have charged me over R1000 for parts that were never fitted. Took the car back to them and their foreman, after he got copies of invoices, he looked at the old parts that supposed to have been replaced, looked me in my eyes and with a straight face he told me that these parts were replaced while pointing at the 10 year old weathered and cracked strip and the scratched mudflap. <br />Their manager Jonathon phoned me to apologise and he promised to have this corrected. Trevor phoned me back to give me excuses for ripping me off. I told him that I do not want to deal with them again and requested a refund for the parts not replaced or to arrange to have these parts fitted at their Montague Gardens branch. 3 week later, still waiting for an answer. Clearly he is too embarrassed for his colleagues to find out about the lying and ripping me off.</p>
