This is now the second time that my insurance company has referred me to Faber Coachworks for a repair to one of my vehicles. Let me first discuss the interaction with staff. I can honestly say that in all of my 64 years I have probably interacted with 10 service providers whose staff gave me such consistent, expert and friendly service. From the cleaner to the branch manager, literally. Next, their facilities - out the window is the idea that “panelbeaters” are messy with a lack of parking. Its like going into a private hospital. I new at all times exactly where my vehicle was in the process of repair. The fact that on two ocassions now, they completed the job faster than the original projection as well makes me think you need never to look any furhter if your car needs body work done!
